The Staff
Dr. Bill Whitlow
Dr. Bill Whitlow was born and
raised in LaGrange, Ga. He and his wife, Laura, have three children; Will,
the big brother, followed by a set of twins,
Chase & Riley. Presently they have 5 stay at home cats, and 2 dogs that both work at Four Paws. Jasper, a blue roan english cocker spaniel, is the greeter at the front door. Zipper, a big gray weimeraner, stands on call as a blood donor should the need arise.

Dr. Whitlow attended Auburn University’s school of veterinary
medicine where he graduated with honors in 1988. He has been the
owner and operator of Four Paws Animal Hospital since it opened in
1993. Together Dr. Bill and Laura built and created Four Paws, and have worked side by side since day 1, with the same goals in mind: To offer the very best veterinary care to their patients and provide exceptional customer service to their clients.
Dr. Jo Ann Brown
Dr. Jo Ann Brown graduated from
veterinary school at Michigan State University in 1972. She has
been a small animal practitioner for 33 years.

She and her husband
Chris reside in Smith Station, Alabama with their 6 dogs (mostly poodles), 12 cats, 3
potbelly pigs, 2 goats, a guinea hen and a rabbit. Dr. Brown has
been an associate veterinarian with Four Paws for over 5 years.
